If you aren't completely satisfied with your new window covering, we'll replace it with an item of equal value at no additional charge.

Questions about our guarantee:

What if I don't like the style or I measured wrong?   Contact us within 30 calendar days after delivery to your home and we'll walk you through returning your blind. We'll send a replacement of equal value at no additional charge. If the replacement is more expensive, you are responsible for the difference.  If the replacement is less expensive, no refund is issued.

Who covers shipping costs of the returned product?  You will pay the return shipping costs.

What if I just don’t like the style I ordered?  You may select a different style however, it must be for the same window.

What if you made the mistake?  If the mistake is ours, we will make it right at no expense to you.

How long do I have? This guarantee is good for 30 days after you receive the order.  No exchanges after 30 days other than issues that apply to product warranties.

Are there any other details or limits?  Yes, prior authorization is required for returns. Commercial orders are not covered by this guarantee. Exchanges are limited to $500 per household per lifetime. Limit one remake per window.
