30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction matters to us. Every order is backed by our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee to give you complete confidence.

If, after receiving your blinds or shades, you find that the measurements, color, operation, or style aren’t quite right, we’ll help you make it right with a one-time remake.

Coverage Period
You are covered for 30 days from the date your order is delivered. You must contact us within 30 calendar days after delivery to request a remake.

No exchanges are permitted after 30 days, other than issues that apply to product warranties.

What is Covered
This guarantee includes one free remake for any custom blind or shade due to:

  • Measuring errors
  • Color changes
  • Operation type
  • Style preferences

If you do not like the style you ordered, you may select a different style; however, it must be for the same window.

Cost and Shipping

  • Remake Cost: Remakes of equal value are free. If the replacement costs more, you’ll pay the difference. If it costs less, no refund will be issued.
  • Return Shipping: You will pay the return shipping costs for the original product.

Limitations and Exclusions

  • Limits: Only one remake per window is covered under the Satisfaction Guarantee. 
  • Additional Remakes: Any additional remakes will be at full price.
  • Value Limit: Remakes are limited to $500 per household per lifetime.
  • Exclusions: Commercial orders are not covered by this guarantee.

How to Request a Remake

  1. Inspect your entire order as soon as it arrives.
  2. Compare your products to your original order details for measurement, color, and style accuracy.
  3. Contact us within 30 days of delivery to request your remake.
  4. Prior authorization is required for all returns. We will walk you through the process of returning your blind.

Production Errors
If your order was made incorrectly due to a production error, or if the mistake is ours, we will make it right at no expense to you. This is handled separately from the Satisfaction Guarantee, and we will remake the order at no cost.

Returns/Exchanges
Since each product is custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges outside of our 30 day satisfaction guarantee.

Shipping Policies

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all shipping information is correct. Review your order information after placing it and contact us immediately to correct any errors.
  • If an address needs correction after shipping, you will bear the cost.

Shipping Information:

  • Shipping times are estimates. We have limited control over delivery times once a package is with the carrier.
  • Orders ship from the manufacturer via FedEx or UPS. You'll receive an email notification once a shipping label is created.
  • Tracking information may take 1-3 business days to update.

Shipping Damage/Production Errors:

  • Inspect your order upon delivery and notify us of any damages or errors within 15 days.
  • Photo or video evidence may be required for replacement.

Color Disclaimer

Colors may vary due to screen differences. We highly recommend ordering sample swatches before making a purchase. Dye lot variations can cause color differences between blinds/shades ordered at different times. Bamboo Roman shades may have natural variations in color, grain, and texture, which are not considered defects.

Order Processing/Production

  • Custom products are made by a third-party manufacturer, with production typically starting within 1 business day.
  • Your payment method is charged at the time of order.
  • Orders are reviewed before production. If there are any concerns, we will contact you via email and place a hold on your order.
  • Production times are estimates. Most orders ship within 3-5 business days, but larger orders may take longer.
  • If there are significant delays due to material shortages, we will notify you via email with new estimated shipping dates.

Order Cancellation/Changes

  • Requests for changes or cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • Requests made after 24 hours may not be honored.
  • Orders cannot be changed or canceled once production is finished or shipped.

Window Blind Outlet Limited Warranty

Our FREE 1-Year Limited Warranty comes standard with every residential purchase. This warranty is extended to the original purchaser, for the original product purchased only, and cannot be transferred should you sell or donate the product at a later date.

What is Covered:
This warranty covers any defects -- i.e., something breaks, is damaged, or just plain doesn't work -- in materials and workmanship for up to one (1) year, so long as the product is installed in accordance with the installation instructions. It also covers all internal "working parts" and mechanisms.

What is NOT Covered:
This warranty does not apply to accidental damages or damages due to alteration, misuse, improper installation, normal wear and tear, exposure to the elements, fire, water, or acts of God. Fading from extensive exposure to sunlight is a normal occurrence and is not covered under this Limited Warranty.

What We Will Do:
If we find your product has a defect, Window Blind Outlet will, at its discretion, either repair or replace the product at no charge to you.  Replacement/repaired product will be shipped to you standard ground.

This warranty supersedes any and all stated warranties, whether written or oral. In no event shall we be liable for incidental or consequential damages that may result from any defect in product or breach of this warranty. We reserve the right to inspect any part or component prior to replacements. In order for repair or replacement to be made, a Bill of Sale, canceled check or other payment record verifying the original purchase date must be presented to us. The exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages may vary according to state of purchase, therefore the above limitations or exclusions may not be applicable to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and may also include other rights which may vary from state to state.
