Order Cancellation

Please note that custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun. Cancellation requests must be received within 24 hours of placing the order. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee cancellations beyond this time frame.

Tracking Packages

After your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your package's progress. A shipment notification, including tracking information, will be sent to your email address once your order is processed and leaves our facility.

Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on your location. You can check the estimated delivery time by entering your tracking number on the carrier’s website. Please note that tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become available after your order is placed.

Custom Window Coverings

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may exchange it within 30 days of delivery. Certain restrictions apply.

What products are covered? Every custom item we sell.

What if I measure wrong? If you follow our instructions for measuring it is very unlikely you will make a mistake. In the event of a measuring error you are covered under this guarantee.

What if I just don’t like the style I ordered? You may select a different style however, it must be for the same window and if the price is higher you must pay the difference.  

What if I don’t like the color? Free color swatches are available on most products. Colors can vary on different computer screens so we strongly recommend you take advantage of this free service. Items are NOT covered under this guarantee for color/quality/texture of the material unless you ordered sample swatches and there is a significant difference in what your received.

What if the replacement is more expensive? You will pay the difference in price.

Do I have to return the originally ordered item? Yes. Return shipping is paid by you and the original order must be received before new shades are shipped.

How long do I have? This guarantee is good for 30 days after you receive the order. No exchanges after 30 days other than issues that apply to product warranties.

Is there a limit? Yes. This guarantee covers up to four items per household with a maximum total retail value of $500. Each window covering may only be replaced once.

How do I request service under this guarantee? You must call our customer service department at 316-260-3430 for return instructions. Any items returned to us without prior approval will be returned to you at your expense.

Color Disclaimer

Due to variances among color monitors the colors that appear on your screen may vary slightly from the actual product. We encourage you to request samples when available. Our satisfaction guarantee does not apply if sample swatches are not ordered.

There are natural variances in the wood's color, grain, etc. that cause dye lots to vary in color. Although we consider these variances to be minimal there is no way to assure an exact color with stained wood blinds. If you are ordering real wood blinds with a stained color finish be sure to purchase all your blinds at the same time so they are manufactured from the same dye lot. We will only guarantee a color match for blinds that are purchased together on the same order.

Natural wood shades are made from bamboo, rattan, reeds, jutes, and other natural woods. Because they are a natural product the colors can vary substantially between dye lots. If you are ordering natural wood shades and you want them to match make certain you purchase all of your shades at the same time so they are manufactured from the same material lot. We will only guarantee a color match for shades that are purchased together on the same order.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products

We all know that accidents happen sometimes. If your product(s) arrive defective, damaged, or simply incorrect, please contact our customer service department as soon as possible. Please do not attempt to use or install the part! We will send you a replacement part and provide you with a prepaid return label to return the defective part. Product(s) must be returned to us within 30 days. If the damage was caused by a shipping courier, we will schedule a damage pick up by the courier.
